Home services, rebuilt around honesty.

We took every painful pattern in this industry — pay-per-lead, AI as an upsell, hidden add-ons, minimums that lock out smaller customers — and built the opposite.

Our story

The home-services internet is broken on purpose.

Most home-services platforms profit from inefficiency. They sell your phone number to four service providers at $15–$100 or more a piece. Three of those service providers waste a day chasing a job they’ll never win. The winning one builds the cost of the four leads into their price. You pay for the friction without ever knowing it.

The software providers use to run the work is broken the same way: $200–$700/month field-service suites that gate scheduling, invoicing, or an AI receptionist behind a higher tier, then charge per seat on top. Every useful feature becomes another add-on invoice.

Sesklo exists because none of that has to be true. Software is cheap. AI is cheap. The only reason home services feels broken is that the incumbents profit from the brokenness. We don’t.

What we believe

Six principles. Non-negotiable.

Homeowners never pay to get quotes

Getting work done on your home is free — request quotes, design and visualize your project with built-in tools, message providers, sign, schedule, and pay, all without a subscription or a per-quote fee.

Per-lead fees punish everyone

Most lead platforms charge providers roughly $15–$100 or more every time a phone number gets shared — and share it with several pros at once. We don't sell leads. Providers get unlimited quotes on a flat subscription, so neither side pays for the friction.

Everything included — no add-ons

Competitors often charge hundreds a month extra for an AI receptionist, marketing, or scheduling. On Sesklo, one flat monthly price unlocks everything that tier offers — AI and all. No upsells, no surprise invoices.

Standardized quotes beat phone tag

Every quote on Sesklo follows the same shape: scope, line items, terms, signature, schedule. Comparing them is instant. No more re-explaining the job five times to five different providers.

One tool, solo to enterprise

Service providers get a complete field-service platform — quoting, CRM, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, an automated receptionist — that scales from a one-person shop to a large team with roles and dispatch. On web and mobile.

Built to grow with you

We ship new tools constantly, guided by what service providers actually ask for. The product gets better every month — see where it's headed on our public roadmap, and tell us what to build next.

How it works

From request to keys-back, one place.

1

Submit one detailed request

Category-specific intake — fencing, HVAC, kitchen remodel, whatever it is. Drop in photos, draw your yard on a satellite map for lawn work, upload an inspection report. You only describe the job once.

2

Receive standardized quotes

Local service providers whose service area covers your zip get notified instantly. They quote with line items, a clear total, and proposed visit windows — all in the same shape so you can actually compare them.

3

Compare, accept, and sign

Side-by-side quote view with Good / Better / Best tiers when service providers offer them. Pick one, accept the terms, sign with your name. The service provider is locked in; the others get a polite decline notice.

4

Schedule and track

Pick a visit window the service provider offered. Watch milestones tick off, see work logs as the work happens, message your service provider without leaving the project page. When it's done, sign off on completion.

5

Pay through Sesklo

Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Standard Stripe processing — we don't take a cut. Invoices, ledger, and payment history all live with the project.

Who we serve

Three audiences. One platform.

Homeowners

Free, forever. Side-by-side quotes from local providers, a host of project-design and visualization tools, signed agreements, secure payments, milestone tracking, and AI-assisted intake — everything to run a project without the usual service-provider-shopping headache.
