Sesklo 1.0.2: recurring service pages, tap-to-manage appointments, and full articles in the app
Sesklo 1.0.2 is rolling out on the App Store and Google Play now, alongside a matching update to sesklo.com. Where 1.0.1 was about switching things on — payments, push, links — this one is about day-to-day workflows, for homeowners and service providers both.
For everyone — both apps and the website
- New safety tools in the community. You can now block a user in HQ — you'll stop seeing each other's posts and comments — and report any chat message for review.
For everyone — both apps
- Full articles in the app. Posts like this one now render completely in the app the day they publish — including future release notes, so you'll hear about an update without needing the update first.
- Post from your phone. HQ posts and suggestions can now be created from the apps, not just the website.
- Confirm your email. New accounts now verify their email address before signing in — the website already asked; now the apps do too.
For homeowners — both apps and the website
- Know when an appointment changes. If a service provider reschedules or cancels a visit, you'll see it in the app — with optional email and text alerts in your notification settings.
For homeowners — both apps
- Recurring services get a full page. Tapping a recurring service now opens a real workspace — details, the visit schedule, past visits, and payments — where before the row didn't open at all.
- A new invoices view. Invoices now show in a compact list you can expand in place, with the one action that matters: pay. Tap it and the payment sheet is already set up.
- Add a property from the home screen. A new button adds a property in a few taps, and your home insights are now tappable — each one takes you to the thing it's about.
- Your colors, everywhere. If you've customized your Appearance theme, the apps now carry it through every screen, from the moment they launch.
- Filter service providers by location. The directory in the apps now filters by service area, the same way the website does.
For service providers — both apps and the website
- Customer and prospect records go deeper. Each customer and prospect now opens into its own workspace — details, properties, projects, and activity — with notes, tags, and custom fields editable right there, phone included. Prospects get their own ID, plus a marker showing when someone already has a Sesklo account.
- Manage appointments with a tap. Tap any appointment on the schedule to reschedule, cancel, or reassign it. Manual holds are editable too.
- Campaign results in dollars. Marketing campaigns now show potential and real revenue, campaign emails can carry tracked links, and templates preview exactly as they'll send.
- Reopen quiet projects. A project that closed after a long quiet stretch is now labeled, and either side can reopen it to pick back up.
For service providers — both apps
- Search your schedule. A new inline search on the schedule jumps you straight to a job or customer.
- Report charts read right on phones. Bar-chart labels now size themselves to fit — no more clipped or missing labels.
If you have automatic updates turned on, you'll get 1.0.2 without doing anything. The matching website update is live now.
