Sesklo 1.0.3: one login for all your accounts, and notifications that open the right screen
Sesklo 1.0.3 is rolling out on the App Store and Google Play now, alongside a matching update to sesklo.com. Two things drove this release. In the apps, tapping a notification didn't reliably open what it was about — that's fixed. And on the website, if you use Sesklo in more than one role, you no longer need more than one account to do it.
For everyone — both apps and the website
- Switch between your accounts without signing out. A picker next to your name lists every account you hold — labeled as what it actually is, like "Homeowner" or your business name and role — and Settings → My Account → Your Accounts lists them too, marking the one you're in. Pick one and you land on its dashboard.
- Combine two accounts into one login. If you signed up twice under two email addresses, you can merge them: ask from the account you want folded in, and the other approves by email. Afterward both addresses sign you in, you use the surviving account's password, and every account you held is in the picker. The folded-in account's old password is retired — one login means one password. Signing up fresh, you can also point us at an account you already have and we'll start the link for you.
- Two new things on the roadmap. Real Estate and HOA / Community Associations both joined the public roadmap, each with a product launch targeted for October 2026, and every audience now carries its own color.
- A roadmap that's easier to read. The timeline steps one month at a time with arrow buttons, runs from September 2026 through March 2027, and fades softly at its edges instead of cutting off mid-item.
For everyone — both apps
- Notifications open the thing they're about. In 1.0.2, tapping a notification could drop you on the home screen instead of the project, quote, message, or plan it was telling you about. Every kind of notification now opens the right screen, whether the app was already running or launched from scratch.
- Article notifications open the article. A notification about a new post — like this one — now opens the post in the app instead of the home screen.
- A signup screen that fits your phone. On the "confirm your email" step, the buttons no longer sit under the system navigation bar on some Android phones, or under the top bar on iOS.
For everyone — the website
- Links take you to the right account on their own. Open a link belonging to a different account you hold and Sesklo switches you and lands you on that exact page, with a note telling you which account you're now in — instead of bouncing you to a dashboard to hunt for what you clicked.
- Sign up and we'll offer to add instead. Starting a signup while already signed in now offers to add that account to your existing login, and signing up with an email that already has an account points you to signing in and adding it — rather than quietly creating a second account you'll have to reconcile later.
- One bell for every account. The unread badge is the total across everything you hold, the preview merges it all newest-first and tags each item with the account it came from, and tapping an item for another account takes you straight there. Your notifications page does the same, with a filter for each kind of account you hold.
- Every subscription in one view. If more than one of your accounts pays for something, a summary on the billing page shows each charge and the combined total. You can also opt your monthly subscriptions onto a single shared payment method and update that card in one place. Annual subscriptions can't move yet — that's coming.
- The Dashboard button in the site header works every time. It could previously fail with an error screen and leave you stuck on a blank page. Fixed in both the wide header and the mobile menu.
- Cleaner panels and prompts. Overlays stopped painting a stray shadow inside themselves across dashboards, projects, settings, and property pages, and long upgrade prompts now scroll inside their own window instead of running past the bottom of a short screen or a phone held sideways.
Two things stay on the website for now. The combined bell is one — in the apps, each account still has its own inbox, so you'll see that account's notifications there and the rest when you switch. The billing summary is the other, and that one is deliberate: managing subscriptions belongs on the web.
If you have automatic updates turned on, you'll get 1.0.3 without doing anything. The matching website update is live now.
