What's included

• Clearing snow from one standard residential driveway (up to two cars wide)
• Clearing the front walkway from the driveway to the entry door
• Piling or relocating cleared snow to an out-of-the-way spot on the property
• An ice-melt application on the cleared walkway when conditions call for it

Not covered by this flat rate

• Commercial lots, private roads, or shared community drives
• Roof or deck snow removal
• Storms still actively dropping snow at the scheduled time
• Accumulation deeper than roughly one foot
